GUILT-FREE SNACK HABITS!

Falling into good habits is not easy when our body keeps getting sugar cravings! Because of this, we decided to share our findings from one of our favorite health & wellness bloggers @valandhealth

Mariavalentina shared with us her Chocolate Chip Cookies, SUGAR-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE & KETO


Below all the details to this D E L I C I O U S recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of almond (or oatmeal) flour

  • 1/4 cup almond or peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup Stevia

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 cup of sugar free chocolate chips (I used @lilys_sweets).

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients (almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, Stevia)

  • In another bowl mix the wet ones (the egg and the almond butter)

  • After they combine the 2 mixtures in a single bowl and incorporate the chocolate chips

  • Finally, they make balls and crush and put it on a tray waxed with coconut oil. They put it in the oven for 15-20 min And ready!! you will love it !! :)


Part of our habits is to live a healthy life without having to give up everything we like, there is always a healthy alternative out there to fill those cravings, all we have to do is be creative, open to new recipes, and start practicing good habits.
